About Our 100 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course

100 hours is an ideal starting course for Beginner yoga students. It is a simple yoga course that will give you the opportunity to use yogic knowledge aqquired in your daily life. Simple means... simple when you have enthusiasm, but hard when you do not want to change and adapt. 100 hours - 2 weeks course is the best way to improve your self practice and a preparation for the intermediate level yoga course 200h YTTC. If you want to go to the roof, you will need stairs. The same happens with the 100 hours course for Yoga professional certification. When successfuly finishing this course, you will find yourself at the middle stage for 200h certification, but you'll still need 100h more to be able to tecah. The goal of this course is NOT satisfication. This course starts a fire in the body and mind that will encourage you to pursue more.

Our 100 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, india is based on traditional hatha yoga and ashtanga vinyasa yoga, and hosted at our yoga school's facilities in Laxmankhula. It's a residential yoga teacher training, an intense and immersive experience, ideal for students that can't spend one month for certification. The begginner students who enroll this course, will be trained pofessionally to become yoga instructors, learning from the yoga masters at Pyramid Yogshala whose aim is to share and preserve the powerful himalayan teachings and the most pure Yoga tradition.

Yoga anatomy

Things to do

This retreat will take place at Pyramid Yogshala in Laxmanjhula Rishikesh, India. Rishikesh is a holy city and is known around as the Yoga capital of the world. Every early March Rishikesh hosts the international Yoga Festival, organized by the world famous Ashram Parmarth Niketan. Rishikesh is therefore the perfect place to learn and study yoga. Surrounded by beautiful green mountains, the holy and mighty Ganges, Himalayan foothills, and tranquility, the spiritual atmosphere of this place can easily be felt. Monkeys, Squirrels , Dogs and Cows are everyday compagnions just as Parrots, Peacocks and other species of exotic birds. The city of sages will lovingly receive you as it does for thousands of spiritual seekers, and so will our dedicated and committed staff.

How To Get to The Pyramid Yogshala?

Recommended Airports

DED - Dehradun Airport (Jolly Grant Airport) Transfer included on the afternoon of the prevous day of starting

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), from where you can take a domestic flight to Jolly Grant Airport Dehradun (DED). We will provide transportation for the school at no extra cost on the afternoon previous to the starting date. of the TTC.

Arrival by bus

From the Delhi airport, you can get a taxi to bring you to Delhi ISBT bus station. From there you can find many government and private transportation to bring you to Rishikesh. Once you arrive at Rishikesh bus station, you can get a tuktuk to Laxmanjhula where we will be waiting to pick you up.

Arrival by train

The nearest railway station is Haridwar train station. From there you will find many buses, taxis and other transportation services that will bring you to Rishikesh. If you want Pyramid Yogshala to help you arrange transportation from Haridwar, kindly let us know.

Cancellation policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 15%% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
